This painting is part of a small series of winter landscapes. I wanted to bring the viewer a wide and spacious, dreamy and clear panorama. Underneath this painting are a lot of layers, which shine through the whites and give it a colorful depth. Winterland was painted in acrylic and drawn with pencils and protected by a top layer of varnish. The materials were playfully but harmoniously combined and elaborated into this semi-abstract landscape.
