This painting is part of a small series of winterlandscapes. It represents a snowy landscape, ready for a visual winter walk. Your eyes can wander through and bring you to a place where you are at home and find your comfort. I painted and drew in it, scratched, removed and rebuilt. Underneath this painting are a lot of layers, which shine through the whites and colors, and give it a beautiful depth. A combination of painting and drawing expresses my style the most. The materials are playfully but harmoniously combined and elaborated into this semi-abstract landscape. The painting is protected by a top layer of varnish.
