Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through Visa, Mastercard, Ideal or PayPal in Euro. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. The payment is secured and we do not store any of your debit/credit card details.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within five working days. Within The Netherlands pieces are sent by PostNL or courier depending on size and weight. Most NL deliveries arrive within one week from time of shipping. Please allow about ten working days in total. For international shipping we will contact you in advance about the time needed for delivery. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
Note: due to COVID19 measures most couriers are very busy therefore shipping may take longer than usual.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, if you have a Dutch address this option should come up as a choice when you checkout. If you are further afield but would like to collect in person you can enter code COLLECT at the checkout. Once you have placed your order I will email you and we can work out a time to meet. My studio is close to Nijmegen.
Is shipping included?
For deliveries in the Netherlands, the shipping costs are calculated during the online checkout process and will be confirmed prior to order placement.
For products being shipped outside of The Netherlands, we will promptly contact you with a quote for delivery costs, once you have placed your order. If those shipping costs are unacceptable then we would be happy to cancel the order and issue a refund. If you do not confirm acceptance of the quoted shipping costs within seven days (or if we do not receive payment for delivery within seven days following your acceptance) we reserve the right to cancel the order. If you prefer, you can contact us prior to placing the order so that we can confirm the shipping costs.
Note: At the current time shipping costs are varying significantly due to Covid-19 restrictions, especially on air freight. If the actual cost of shipping is significantly more than quoted I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, but please read the section above regarding shipping costs.
I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.
Shipments outside Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
What about Brexit?
It is not clear what extra charges will be made for UK customers. But if there is something you have seen and love and are OK with the possible fees charged at customs do please email me. We just don’t want surprises!
What about large or high value artworks?
I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I spent much time on. It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. This will be noted in the Shipping details with each product listing. Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me before purchasing. I will then contact you via email to discuss specialist shipping options before the artwork is despatched. If you buy online first in order to secure the painting the shipping cost will be billed separately after agreement.
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement. If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 days.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.
What about returns outside Europe?
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of Europe.
